w810 return from the dead but still not working

Hi everyone, I am new here so please bare with me...

Ever since I had my phone it has been dropping calls like crazy so I decided to debrand it after a year. I used XS++ v3.1 with W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn and W810_R4EA031_FS_EUROPE_2_RED49.fbn. Everythings fine in the beginning and then after a few days it dropped call again so I decided to do it again using W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn and W810_R4ED001_FS_AMERICA_2_RED49.fbn. Everything went wrong and my phone was dead. It would not turn on, no lights, no nothing. I left it charging for many hours althought I don't know if it is charging or not because it has no response. I tried it again today using the "EUROPE" one and things went smooth but did not finish. My phone will turn on now but only showing the SE logo and then stuck there. If only on charging it will give me a white screen.

you are doing it all wrong, you have to match custom pack with file system. if you use europe_2 fs, then use europe_2 custom pack. try again that way

Where can I download the EUROPE_2 custpack?

you don't need to download, xs 3.1 has customization pack for europe 2, just pick it from the list when flashing phone

Now I have a better idea. Another question is how come I have to connect my phone, while pressing c, really really fast...ie within 1/2 second after I click connect or I'll have error. Is it because my phone is not fully charged?
Anyhow I will try it when I come back. Have to leave town for a few days.

you really should read some tutorials. and it doesn't have to do anything with battery

Before start flashing charge battery full ( It MUST be done if you don't want new problems during flashing )

You dont really have to plug in your phone while pressing c really fast within 1/2 second.

all you need to do is hold C and plug it in. Then it should be detected automatically.

Hey guys. First time flashing my phone and it's been 2 hrs and it is still saying "sending flashblock 1/344 Address=635e1d7c Size=4f8d4d15. Been following the tutorials but no luck as to what to do here. It said it should take about 6 minutes.

@Jiggamore

Your main firmware is wrong - your phone is CID49 and you trying to flash with CID50 and you have the newest firmware so if your phone working fine you no need for flashing,but if you still want to flash find firmware CID49 (MAIN,FS and CUSTPACK)
