Aerix - free unlock A2 platform

Im having problems with the pc loading anything to the phone.
I have tryed my laptop with Windows 7 and my home pc with XP Pro sp3

i have w910i but aerix doesnt pick the device up what did you do? wb :)

find gordons gate drivers and after downloading install them, after that you can try to connect your phone, to Aerix.

TURN OFF your phone, take out and insert battery again.
CONNECT YOUR USB CABLE to yur PC, then in Aerix press UNLOCK (you have to be registered in Aerix home page, its free) then:

HOLD 2 and 5 on your phone and CONNECT cable to phone while holding 2 and 5, that should do a unlock for you.

p.s. if you will get

or something, then its probably cause your phone is CID 53.

My phone doesnt start after i tried to unlock my W595!!!! what happened to it??? when i connected the phone and started unlocking then it failed! and when i disconnected the phone back and tried to start it wont start anymore at all!!! the phone doesnt start at all like it died! i dont know what happed to it.
please HELP me solve the problem i would be very thankful.

please restart the unlocking procedure and make sure to reinsert battery before and after every completed steps

I have no trouble logging in to both the aerix website or the aerix software.
Also when I try the confirmation link sent to me by e-mail, I get a page saying I have already done this.

But still when I use arix I get the same error, saying "the user does not exist on the server"

Got it to work finally for my w595

Okay, and here is some trouble shooting for everyone with problems making it work:

1. Install the drivers that came with phone

2. When logging in to the softaware, the log-in you see actually only logs you in to the Aerix website, and NOT the server you need to be in contact with. Quite confusing this, and had me stumped for several days. Anyway, you HAVE to go into settings, and put your username and password there. If not you will get the error I mention in my post above.

3. If noting happens when you press 2-5, restart your computer. And try again. I had to restart my computer after every attempt to make it work or notrhing would happen. Remmeber to disconnect the phone from USB before restarting the computer.

tried all ways with aerix and no use keep getting failed notices

It`s CID53?
So it`s not possible with Aerix!
Aerix only works with CID52!

well you should connect it with 2 and 5 pressed (connect usb while pressing 2 and 5 button together) and post result

@dcm2010: Hey there. I got the same problem with my C510

After starting the UNLOCK with AERIX I receive following Error code # 628294B8B19C2AA4

Did anybody find a solution for that already?

Hi all..

Thanks for all those knowlege and suggestions! I was able to unlock my sister's SE C510 with the network three (3). I had a problem at first that my phone cannot recover..
For those who also encountered this problem, just remove your battery and put it back!

I have another one SE C510, tried the same steps that i did before but i cannot unlock this one.. this phone uses the network O2 Ireland..

Are there any other settings needed by the phone aside from Phone Mode..?

the later phone cannot be unlock because it might be a CID53 phone, just make sure if it is CID53 with xs or setool2lite

hmmm im trying to unlock my SE c510 from vodaphone to o2 i have downloaded aerix.. plug my phone in n it gives me options on phone ..

turn the mobile of dissconect battery put it back in hold 2+5 on the mobile then plug the cable in while still holding the 2 keys stated and bingo..... do al this when the app is waiting for u to connect the mobi simples....
u are booting with using C <--- button as u would update the firmware not the normal rom chip..

I`m trying to unlock the W910i...But still cannot....They ask me to hold 2-5, but nothing happens...Do i need to pun the sim card in..Could you give specific instruction on how to do it...Thank you

It is ok...I have done it and it is successful....Really nice software...Thank you....Before install for W series i think because mine W910, you must install Egate driver software first...Then all is ok...

nice to be honest i prefer to debrand the W series an unlock at the same time setool good or there a couple of others...

Booting with Aerix was successful, but I still cannot use the phone, as it tells that sim is inactive.
What may be the problem?

I thought it might have a sim lock, but maybe I have totally different problem. It was found, so I don't know the history of it, just guessing.

What else I can do?

i have se c905 locked for t-mobile/uk/.i tried aerix,but after unlockin/which was SUCCESSFULL/,my phone still works fine with t-mobile sim card,but if you'll insert any another sim,phone showing the same message:inactive sim.

well your phone was unlock indeed, if it wasn't unlocked then you would probably see the message "Incorrect Simcard". well for inactive sim, it has been IMEI locked (i guess) is it relates to IMEI in the phone

can someone give me login details plz, tried to unlock mine with another program and now says "insert correct SIM card" even with the T-mobile old SIM that it brought

Because I installed the gordon gates driver, but when I tried to unlock my w890 phone, I switched off first, take out the battery and back, I held the 2,5 buttons, and when I connected the cable to the phone, it went to mass storage mode, and aerix didn't see it of course. I tried a lot of times, but the same... I tried with sim and without sim. And I couldn't set it to the phone mode, when I connected the cable when it was switched off.
