Open FSX again and go to tpa/preset/system/menu and look if there are menu.ml file.If that file missing than just find original menu.ml for your phone and put him in that folder and after that your phone should be work OK

that solution was also my first thought. but the file is there!
maybe i should try reload a new theme. i recently upgrade from k530i to w660i, and played around with alot of different themes. so now, when i cleaned up some things in FSX i maybe accidently deleted a theme file? i dont know?

Try to upload new flash theme - if that don't work just do full flash with W660 firmware (I hope you saved that firmware after you upgrade from K530)
