You must reflash your phone completely to fix the 'operation falied' error. Thus, not just the MAIN, but FS and custom pack.

Then you need to unlock your phone again...

Could you walk me through this it would be greatly apreciated. :) not the unlock bit iv got used to that now, just the whole flashing thing its confusing the hell out of me.
