I think your "quick access patch" is not yet applied. Did you tick "Bypass DB2020 security" ?

no i think it says untick and tick apply patch, we are just going to try again

It can be the MAIN and/or GDFS. Restore the GDFS backup, and reflash the MAIN firmware. Then try the whole unlocking procedure again...

is it best to start again, we have reflashed the firmware 3 times , just to make sure its in there,

restore gdfs then post log back
