it's very user friendly, but before you do anything, read around in order to understand what you can do and what you should not do
One final question from me: When I flashed my phone with SEMC 8.4 & w810_R4CE012_MAIN_GENERIC_HN, the phone language became english, I'm on EU4 and thought that the phone language was decided by the FS flash file?
I haven't flashed any FS file to the phone..
After unlocking I have flashed it back to W810_R4EA001_MAIN_GENERIC_HN..But still English..

You need to flash your FS eu4.
But you need to flash a fake main in order to acces FS with Far Manager and apply customization. Look on download area for your FS and also CDA acording to your country.
Read carefuly tutorial about debranding, links here on page 3 I think.
Follow the tutorial : download the files and use the first fake main to get acces to FS with Far manager and SEFP plugin. Then final step write your main again.

Then go to download area and download a main file that is in top sony's list.
Remember though that the list is theoreticaly good, maybe they all work with usbsmart not cracked.. I don't think that somebody tried them all with the cracked version. So take care.

try flashing with XS++. change firmware verion that you are trying to folash if error persist

hello..i have a w810i too..i started to unbrand the phone because off the telecom shit and everything went good..but now i need to unlock and change the Imei...i have only a dcu-60 cable but when i start semc 8.4 ...an error message opened...can't open com 1. I haven't got a dss-20/dss-25 station or anathor cable...which cable i can use to get it started?

You need a service-cable (Cruiser 5in1 or similar)!
IMEI change is impossible with USB-Smart.

Usually when a phone is turned into a brick it is not gone for good. It can be reflashed and fixed so dont give up trying. I tried to unlock my k750i with SEMC Tool 8.4 Free and it killed my phone i.e. it wouldnt turn on at all. I did manage to get it back working again. The main problem with SEMC Tool 8.4 Free is that on some CIDs like CID 49 it cannot recover phone after unlock so thats why the phones go dead. The trick arround this is to change the CDA version through xs++ so that SEUS can detect that the phone can be updated. Then SEUS can recover the phone after it is updated. Also, any unlocks i.e. SP area that were done when the phone went dead will still be active, so the phone is now unlocked. Problem solved

Changing IMEI is illegal in Germany, so no help from me in this point.
You should go to a handyshop near you and let them make the unlock, that will cost you around 20€.
If you try to unlock your phone with cracked software you have to buy cable- that cost 15€ and the risk that you brick your phone is high.
Your choice!

You can use XS++ and DCU-60 cable to do this
After you flash MAIN, remove battery, put battery back, turn on phone, and enter "Unlock NCK" code manually
Press <**< (< means moving joystick left), and enter the NCK code given by the program
