i managed to update my w850i to R1KG001 but there still the after movie sleep mode clock bug. :(
btw the firmware download speed is acceptable, as long as u hv a stable connection.

Try update with SEUS or flash with XS.
That doesn't work on my 58Oi
if u just wanna update ur phone, seus is surely the 1st choice
but someone who wants to flash it(eg. to another languge) have to use software like XS++

Summa summarum, the risk is too high.
i had my phone flashed thru SEUS back then.after the flashing, I couldn't access some of the folders on my phone...folders like GAMES and APPLICATIONS.
so better be sure to have a good internet connection before doing the software update to SEUS...lol :cool:

You can also update directly from most phones if you have a good WAP/Data plan. It's basically an integrated SEUS.

For those who want to mod their phone, stay away from SEUS, it will update your phone to newer CID. And for those who have originally locked phone, it may lock your phone again. I managed to relocked my friend's W800, thanks to SEUS.
dont go to sony up date as i had w850 by useing it i have a cid 53 and i have got to wayt for the now xsxxx sow stay a way from sony update
