W580i side button buggy

i tried the power cycle thing and it only works for only a minute or so after i turn it on

Coudl you clarify? Are you saying that the side buttons only work for a few minutes after you turn the phone off/on ? Strange

yeah, after i remove the battery and put it back in and turn the phone on,
it works for only a couple of times and then NOTHING
