Walkman skin for W550i

hey people.
i've been having trouble installing patches. i have tried a couple of times but without luck. i've even changed main and fs.

is it possible to change my skin without applying patches or someone please tell me which main and fs should i use to allow patches. i dont really mind doing a full flash.

Can anybody helpme...i dontknow how to patch and with what software (program) please tell me...
