hmm, try downloading the generic files and then flash them with xs++ (fs and main) and chose k810 from the builtin customs of xs++

You cannot unlock by flashing only, and you have another problem, Your flash CID is 52 but your OTP CID is still 51 so you will have to pay for unlock, no patching possible.
