i don#t understand how to convert the firmware. pls help me!

That is true but fact remains that SEUS is the OFFICIAL way of upgrading firmware and since the phone is under warranty(W910 is very new in India, so its impoosible that its more than a year old) why not use it. Also W910 is very buggy and lots of people have reported problems trying to recover from bad flashes.

I have the smae problem Bu I used W200 CID 52 and GB0001 I think

its not recommended to covert firmware on different models. and if you do decide to do it, the phone must be really really similar. read See This Guide To Flash Without Problems XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums. youll need to first download xs++, usbflashdrivers and your firmware.
