on your first post : It actually came on but would not go past the Se startup screen.
then it should work on your mobile.
press >*<<*<* button on your w580.
go to Service info -> Model info and check out the Software info too.

or identify your w580 phone by XS++ v3.1 and post the log.

Takes Main, FS, and Custpack but will not get past this screen at all. I tried >*<<*<* but which one is the arrow. I used the round button up^ down left< right> and got nothing.

@Gigman you can't use keyboard on not working phone.Rebuild gdfs and unlock by reset.

@Gigman:
holding "C" button connects the phone using phone's EROM.
as your phone is CID53 it is not possible to repair your erom.if you get erom for CID53 then you can do it by jdflasher.
