Execute "ggsetup.exe".
Start A2Uploader_CID53. Pres "File System tool" button, then connect USB cable while holding "C" key. Go to tpa/preset/custom and drag & drop "customize_upgrade.xml" here. Press "Stop" button on A2uploader then "Quit".

thanks for the help here people, i got it done and now have o2 software, any other upgrades people would recommend?
