its really hard to unlock 200 if there is a way would be easyer just to pay for a full unlock and save the risk off breaking ur phone

yer use davinci but its the same price as a unlock with D-Ultimate Unlocker
What's wrong with it? Download the zip, unpack it, and then run the exe(you need flash player installed)

It is a strange problem. With my ISP it works like a charm. I used a France proxy, and get that page too.

That web server doesn't like the direct download in some situations, and gives a "connection refused" response, so I changed the link. Now it should work correctly...
