Unlock W200i CID 53

Hello,

Can I unlock my W200i cid 53?
Maybe with XS++ or Setool lite?
I also want to be sure to keep the language dutch.
Please answer in easy words, I am dutch.

u cant unlock a w200 with xs or se tool u carnt even flash cid 53 phones with them to u need to use jdflasher W200 - Top Sony Forums post 8 may help u buddie

Hmm so I need JD flasher?? But I just read something about cruisesuit?
Because Jdflasher looks harder then setool, xs ++ or cruisuit.
Can you confirm if my phone also cant be unlocked by cruisesuit?

I could better go to the shop and ask to unlock it.
Will cost me also 10 euro. But I will like to do it on my own and free.

shop will probly only patch unlock with a se tool box
and unlocking wont change ur dutch language

Hmm I just want that I can use another provider.
And I want to do it on my own if possible without paying.

Ok Ive seen the video. I just want to be sure if my mobile is still dutch after?
Also I download the four files:
You need:
1. jdflasher_test6.rar and jdflasher_test6_add1.rar. First unpack the jdflasher_test6.rar and then the jdflasher_test6_add1.rar(overwrite the existing files!!!)
Note: It is extremly important to use this version, otherwise it will NOT work!!!
2. Unpack the w200_xml.rar to {jdflasher_folder}\scripts\ folder.
3. anyCID package
4. Make rest file with {jdflasher_folder}\rest\mkrest2.exe using your MAIN.

But in the video simox also has a map with four maps in it: Farmanager, MAIN, Install, VKP. I only have all the files which he has in the install map. Which farmanager must I download? Also where must I get that main file? Where must I get the VKP map?

How do I know if I have DB2012? Or what do I have? W200i CID 53 after SEUS.

Last question what firmware must I choose in the W200 folder?

Your phone is DB2012 for sure, but connect it to XS++, and copy the log here, because if the firmware version isn't R4JB001 we need an extra step to do...

Since your phone is CID53 you need the W200_R4JB001_MAIN_GENERIC_ME_RED53 MAIN firmware.

It is just a folder with an unlock patch in it. You can make an unlock patch with Remove SIM-lock patch generator using your MAIN firmware(link in my signature)

I deleted them to don't disturb when making the tutorial. You can leave them if you want...

Yes.

So I can start unlocking now :D
First I need to find that firmware, I have to put it in the main folder right? Then put it in that file, like you did in video.
Can you help me find the firmware?

No need for gdfs backup or w.e?
I dont have to do that extra step you talked about? Or is that just that firmware?

Ok I started unlocking with the MBN I found on 4shared, exactly the one you said.
But when i put the MBN files in mkrest2 it is not making a rest file like in your video.
The .dat is coming but no rest file, or where do I need to find it ? It is not in the same folder.

Found the file. But now because of the other firmware I have to use, I wonder if the file you use in video in the anycid/w200 folder is good for my firmware?

My .rest file ended up in C:\Ducuments and Settings\"user"

Ok when I run executor in mobile games, it says: Operation failed
I think I did something wrong here, with that three files in there:
C:\SE\db2012\tpa\preset\custom
Can you maybe upload that map for me? So I am sure I have that right

You have used the right executor files? You need to unpack the db2012.zip and the w200\R4HA014_CXC1250719_GENERIC_ME.zip, just like in video.

If you used these files, then first reflash the MAIN(but only the MAIN), and try again. It must work ;)

I've never flashed the main how to do that? I thought I used that files maybe I can try again now.

Try this script form attachment(unpack it and move it to
{far manager folder}\Plugins\jdflasher\scripts\). It looks like I made a mistake in previous one. I really sorry...

Have you reinserted the battery? If not do it. Then try again. If it isn't works then
when you select the script, port, set the speed to 115200 instead of 921600.

First of all, please post the jdflasher.log file from jdflasher folder.
Also, you run the executor, and then can you switch the phone on?

When you prepare to enter jdflasher(jump down into the rabbit hole :D), have you unticked the rsa box?

I suggest you to try the whole procedure AGAIN. First reflash the MAIN, and follow the video guide step by step, because it must work.

Yes I did the thing with the rsa box like in your video.

Hmm I have tried it a few times I dont know what I did wrong.
I googled and found something about newer version, but I have tried a few versions.
Maybe I can wait till you upload it, so I'm sure it's good and now reflash main, so I can use it.

2. When you run executor, the phone how reacts?(most probably here is the problem)

You can use this(it's not mine): jdflasher.rar It works with W200 CID53(when enter ofs use the db2012.xml, when enter bflash use k510.xml. YES you read it right K510.)

BUT if you use the files in video, and follow it step by step it should work. And again, please use that usb flash driver I linked.

Unpack it, then connect your phone to PC (phone turned off, battery reinserted), go to device manager, USB devices -> Generic Flash Device, right click on it Update driver, then select ggsemc.inf(go to folder you unpacked the driver).

Then you selected a wrong file/folder... I just wanted to exclude the USB Flash driver as the problems root.

Yes, when you run executor, it must shut down the phone(black screen), and then you need to reinsert the battery. First you need to unplug the cable.

If the phone will restart then you put wrong executor files to phone.

Yeah, my phone shut down, unplugged cable, reinserted cable.
It's just that bflash what is going wrong :(

I did the ggsemc file like you said.
I don't know what the problem is :(
I havent used the vkp file is that right? Its still in the vkp folder.

I played with a W200 CID52(DB2012 platform) and I culdn't reproduce this error. I have no idea what's wrong. I really sorry...

Just an idea: try again to set the speed to 115200.

I think I will try the whole procedure on an other computer.
But maybe the fault is the drivers, but I don't know why it won't let me install.

I installed the drivers by installing seus and choosing mobile and then stop using
seus when he want to update, so he installed the drivers with seus but no update
with seus.

I will let you know if it also does not work on this (newer) computer.

Okay I tried it on my other computer.
Drivers installed good there, which you gave me.
I also get the error there, I did exactly same like in the video.
I don't know what to :(
