you can choose another ftp server.
create a reg files with the following content

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WotanClient]
"ftp"="EUROPE1"
-------------------------------------------
and add it to your registry. the "EUROPE1" can be replaced with your nearest ftp server's name.
