You Cant Convert K790 To K810 Or Anything Else.
You Cant Even Do That. Actually It Was A Rumor After K818 Released But Doing So Will Make Your GDFS Currupt And You Wont Get Signals Due To Band Differences. If You Want To Give It A Try, Make Sure You Have Your GDFS Backed Up Before You Start.Quote:

Dont Use SEUS. It Will Update To CID53 Which Is A Brick(Uncustomizable). Use XS++, When You'll Connect You Get Option To Update. And R8BF003 (Also Latest) Has The Highest Records For Patches. you can update k790 to cid52 by xs++3.2.
k790 can't be flashed to k800/k810/k818.Hardware are different.
Someone had tried to bsckup gdfs. And flash k790 to k818,then restore the gdfs,and they succeed. But someone failed.
hi guys i need some help. if i want to upgrade my main software will i need to flash the fs as well or can i just flash the latest main?
FS and Main have to match I think so im pretty sure if you change one you have to change the other. Someone correct me if im wrong tho
