V800 (Z800)...need help...thanks...

I have one Sony Ericsson V800...I got it 2 years ago, brand new but faulty:
-It stuck with Vodafone logo on the screen.
-From this position I can't switch off the phone (only remove the battery).
-The phone doesn't accept charging but red LED comes on when the charger is connected.

I don't know history of the phone: unlocking, flashing,..., or...but I think 99 % it was bad unlocking ???

Few times I tried to repair it but up to now no success and now my old Panasonic G87 has problem with battery and it is good idea to repair and use this V800, isn't it?

I have home made cable: T28 connector-COM/USB adapter (Profilic USB to Serial COM port) and this cable working perfect with Sonics, SEtool2 and SEMCTool with speed 460800.

With this cable and these software I can:
- flash the phone,
- customize the phone
- unlocking and repairing
- read codes
- read and write GDFS
- write erom files
- write script files
- change IMEI
......
......etc.....

I never killed this phone, it is always live, I never had white screen or blinking light or something similar...only stuck with logo....
I successfully flash it with few different combination of main and fs files (including Z800 files).
I can have Vodafone logo or SonyEricsson logo...but always stuck!!!

But when I format GDFS zone and don't write GDFS file I have different position:
-the phone stuck in "Please Wait" position

In this position:

I can switch off the phone
I can charge the phone
I have access to menu:

- *#06#...give IMEI number
- <**<.....give SIM locks status
- >*<<*<*...give service menu
- Charging....the phone is charging correct and show "charging" on main
screen and small screen.

After reading many posts, experience and advice on different Forums my conclusion is:

The phone need properly GDFS file!!!

Of course I don't have original GDFS backup file.

I have collection of 5 different GDFS files downloaded from NET, but no one give positive result, always same position:

1. Formatted GDFS zone without written GDFS file gives "Please Wait"
2. Written GDFS file....stuck with logo on screen (Vodafone or SonyEricsson).

Every one of this 5 GDFS files are in "bin" format and have diferent size:

- 50 KB....gives 1069 variables
- 60 KB....gives 1078 variables
- 64 KB....gives 1086 variables
- 70 KB... gives 1205 variables
- 97 KB....gives 15xx variables

Every of these 5 GDFS file also give different IMEI number, but I can change it easy in original (OTP) by SETool2.

I read in one Forum "Tips And Tricks" about SETool2 and Answers on "FAQ"...and I learned something:
If I understood well It exist 2 different GDFS files

1. Small version
2. Large version

I am afraid in my phone damaged (or empty) completely GDFS zone and all these GDFS files what I used are "small" version.

Maybe I need "large version" of GDFS file for my phone and it can solve my problem!?!?
Somebody said "large version" of GDFS file need to write like firmware image, and need to has "ssw" format. I am little bit confused.
I downloaded from NET one GDFS file in these format but I can't flash it in the phone like firmware image because the software recognized it like bad file and doesn't allowed flashing. Where I need to put this file?
Can somebody explain it more clear....sorry maybe it is clear but not for me.

In this moment the phone flashed with Z800 files "r1y005_eu_main.bin" and "r1y005_fs_eu2.bin" and I have SonyEricsson logo.
The phone is CID29 and these two files matched with this CID (also CID 29).
