w810i internet conection/java download settings??

Hello everybody, I just got w810i from my friend, and have T-Mobile T-zones account, after numerous attempt to install java games from various wap websites and so far without any success, the phone has a latest firmware, as i've tried updating it over the air, and trough SE Update, program, th efirmware is has right now, is a little bid strange, as it's not CDA but CXC1250317_China_hn, I suspect he got it from eBay, and it's came with Chinese region firmware... Is where any settings I'm missing, or any special setup? every time i'm trying to download games or progrms even from se website it displays "Operation Failed" message.
