flashing se k810i

hi all i have a sony ericsson k810i and i need to flash it to resolve the prblem i have which is when i click games or applications it says opperation failed

i haved been told to download xs++ but dont no how to use it and to flash the phone so can any1 guide me through how 2 do it step by step ?

You could try and reset the phone? it may help.

use XS++ 3.2.it's easy to use.
but you have to download firmware first.
