w810i: How do I reflash my FS Hong kong cust 102494/5 r4ed001?

I'll give the history:

I want to use SEUS, but I have a problem:

Some time ago, I was trying to flash my FS over, but Didn't know what I was doing. So I flashed a Europe_2 FS without customizing it.

My phone is Hong_kong. Needless to say, the phone died.

But I had made a backup of my whole Filesystem prior, so I simply reuploaded each file individually, and voila.

The only problem is that my phone, sisce it's customized to EUROPE_2, will report to SEUS that my phone is EUROPE_2, and then i'll get the wrong files in the update. So I need to know how to use cust packs. I wanna get my phone back the way it shoul be.

So how do you use custpacks?

Wait 2 months and post more than 20 posts. Then download firmware for your region and right custom pack from download section and flash your phone with XS or SEtool 2 lite.

no, download Hong Kong MAIN, FS and Custom pack, full flash your phone and DO NOT use SEUS it might brick your phone. Back-up the GDFS and flash the phone with XS++ or SeTool. there are plenty of tutorials, just search.

Theoretically yes. There are free custompacks out there. So you just modify it to suit.

u have to request to gain access as well which would take some time too =D

simple way is to download the HK fs pack and use XS++

jus XS++ and flash ur fone first.....
afterwards customize it separately using the BreakXS option
