Font in dictionary- language problem

This is the file I use to flash my phone:
W580_R8BA024_FS_APAC_RED52 ( filesystem )
W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52 ( main )
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_101_R8A_GENERIC_APAC ( custom file )

Everything work fine. I can change the phone to Vietnamese. However, I can't write in Vietnamese. I didn't care about that until I install the Viet- Eng and ENg- Viet dictionary from:
http://dictionarymid.sourceforge.net/dict.html

It said that "The Vietnamese dictionaries require a cell phone/PDA with a Vietnamese font." I wonder if my phone has the Vietnamese font with the firmware I use to flash?
I install it but I doesn't work.

I think everybody use the Eng- XXX dictionary has the same problem. Do anybody know exactly how to make these dictionaries work?
