K790a R6BC002 FS with R8F003 FW?

Can you use any FW (ie K790_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_EV_RED52)
with any FS (ie R6bc002)?

NO. Main And FS Have To Be Same Firmware.

Im actually running R6bc002 FW on R1JG00X FS and it seems to work just fine..

Has anyone tried it?

So I decided to try this just for fun and it works just fine....

Running R8BC004 FW on R1JG001 FS (went with R8BC004 cuz there was a patch that I wanted)...

No problems so far!
