Syncing with Thunderbird/Sunbird

I'm tired of having to use slow and annoying outlook to sync my contacts, schedules, and tasks. Does anyone know of any good way of syncing with Thunderbird and Sunbird?

I've an SE W810i, by the way, and PC Suite does not let me sync to the Mozilla apps.

I've found a program called BirdieSync, but does anyone know of any free ones out there?

The program is free and simple to use. It syncs with Thunderbird... not sure about Sunbird.
