How to solve K700 hang at language selection?

Anybody have right solution for K700 hang at language selection ?
'coz I've try flash to latest firmware, repair GDFS, remove caps between joystick and BT chips, and last remove BT chips it self, but not help, phone still hang at language selection, without SIM card inserted phone normal ...

how to upload a new language?

You should choice the right firmware.
Normally you can download a single or multiple firmware language.
Learn the codes for instance EU5 include Italian (France German English).
