You use a program named XS++ here:
XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums
And when you get the accoustics, press FSX > Start FSX and then search for the correct folder and then drag the accoustics over.
The correct folder is: FS - ifs - settings - acoustic. PedroPS acoustics are quite popular, but you should try and see (hear) which acoustics suit your taste.
