I have pressed the"Master reset"button in my mobile and i've forget some images on it and they have been deleted.
Any way to get back those images ???

Nope. Unless it's still on the Memory stick, or you've back it up on the PC.
if you mean original pictures i should say yes
you can download file directory for your phone from download area
Which picture? The camera picture?
Does reseting affect the memory stick?
I tried it but I take out my card. I'm scared.
When you perform a master reset only the data stored on the phone itself is touched. Everything on the Memory Stick and SIM card remains intact. However, if you have any Java applications or DRM-protected items on the Memory Stick, you won't be able to access them after a master reset.
You can try MSFileRescue , but i`m not sure after master reset..
you can use getdata back to restore deleted file
