w810i password
Wasnt sure where this thread belongs but...
I have a problem, my little brother accidentally put a password on my w810i and now i can't even use the phone because i obviously do not have the password.
I was wondering what i can do to find this password because as far as my knowledge goes the w810i phone does not have a master password to reset.
I have setool2 1.8 but not much knowledge about using it(incase its needed to find the password or reset it)
Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to find this password or reset it.

With XS++ it's possible. Just tried it for you.
Go to GDFS, and then just click phone lock.
Then your code is in the left window. if there's an "F", that means there's no number there.

do you have the usb drivers installed?
your phone is off, no sim, just battery
attach the usb cable to your computer... just the cable not the phone
make sure that you clicked on connect first
it will tell you to hold C and connect phone... you have 30 seconds to do that
Hold the C button on your phone and connect the cable to your phone.
you should hear a sound
xs++ will start talking to your phone
if you don't have the usb drivers installed, try just attaching the cable to your computer and let windows automatically install it for you.
restart your computer to make sure everything gets installed properly.
after restarting, with your phone on or off... connect it to your computer and your computer will recognize it as a removable drive. if this happens, you have usb drivers installed.
