Do you want to flash your phone with firmware or take the firmware out of your phone? (the second cant be done though :p)

Thanks to Everyone who replied.
A possible way to extract the firmware:
In setool2lite select W300, in "Read Setup" put:
Start Address: 44140000
Length: 14fc6e4
To generate SSW (flasheable) file - check box "Read SSW".
To generate RAW file do not check it.
Click "Read Flash" button.
