No, you can't. You can full unlock the phones that are supported by SE Tool 2 cracked or SEMCTool 8.4. Just find the threads for this programmes.
You can patch unlock DB2010/12 by patch, using simox autopatcher and SE Tool lite.
i think no, it depends on your phone.. i dont know if it can unlock other phone or not, but i know for sure it cannot unlock db2020 cid52. and until now there is no free program to unlock that..
u can remove al phone code with this soft safe simlock. Simlock possible via patch unlock
