How i can write Erom to my phone without Box?

Does anyone know how i can write Erom to my phone without Box?
I have Erom File with Raw format for my phone but i dont know how i can use it.
Please help me.

You can flash a new EROM with SE Tool 2 lite. You'll have to do a fullflash afterwards.
