I just saw the new forum rules regarding the downloading, I was wondering whether the rules were retroactive or not.
In particular, are the 2 months required for people who registered before the date the new rules were instated?

Not to sure mate, i think the rule stands you have to be signed up for 2 months regardless
hey thanks, I just thought it would be fairer for people who registered before to the 10/22 date to still be on the old rules.
It's like waiting in line to pay for an item, then as you get close to it, they tell you that the lane is close and you'll have to wait on the next lane. Usually, what they do is go to the last person currently in line, and put up a sign behind him saying the lane is closed.
Just my 2cents, hopefully one of the mods or admin can chime in.
Rules are for everyone...
