maybe you have face warp opened or another application that uses the camera. did you changed or flashed the phone? try uploading the original driver with far manager
Switch the phone off then turn it on and lauch the camera the first thing... tell us if u still see that msg...
if nothing helps try master reset.that will give the solution.
try this camdriver with xs++ or setoolite
