W580i problems
I'm having some problems with my W580i, the first is when I conect it to the PC with the USB cable it didn't show the internal memory as a mass storage device, only shows the M2 (i aready installed the PC suite and nothing changed).
the sencond problem is the MMS, when I receive a MMS the photo is resized to about 100x75, doesn't matter what is the size of the picture it always resized...
again with the MMS when someone send me a small mp3 file, I receive a AMR file instead...
in both cases of MMS when I send the picture is not resized, and the person receives the mp3 file that I send
what is happening? does anyone had problems like these ?
what can I do?
P.s.: sorry for my english, i don't know how to write well!!

Take out the M2 stick when you connect to the computer, then it should show up as the internal memory

I think i know the answer to the mass storage problem.You USB cable is not right.I have the same problem with my phone.If the phone still has warranty tell 'em about your problem. :)

dojugoo, I've already done that and it didn't show the internal memory!!!
Splinter_C, if you meen that the USB cable has some kind of defect, I don't think so, I've tested the cable in the Z550i and worked just fine. By the way it's in warranty and I already told them, I'm waiting their answer.

worst case you can connect the memory card directly and reformat it

When you recieve an mp3 (or AMR as the case may be), what kind of phone is sending it? It's possible that the sender's phone automatically converts the file, same thing with the pictures.
