W580i camera error

I've bought a new W580 for a week.
But for the last two days i couldn't take a shot in Normal mode of camera.
In normal mode i'm hearing the click voice but the screen disappers quickly and back to main menu. Then when i look my pictures i can't see the last photo that i've just taken. But in panaromic mode or frame mode it works. So do in video mode. I did verything. Format MScard, choose to store in phone, reset to factory settings and today i have flashed its original firmware again. But it doesn't work again. Sometimes it works for 1 or 2 pictures and quickly out of order. What else can be done? Can it be mechanical problem?

You should take it back to where you bought it instead of trying to fix the problem on you own. You're only voiding you warranty.

you can try test onther camera,
seem we have repair before camera of main baord have problem also can't save the picture

That's everything else than a good idea. Opening the housing would void the warranty. Just take it back where you got it. They have to fix the problem if you've got warranty.

you are right,if the phone was have waranty,better send to cliam,
for who get the phone not warranty ,can try repair it.

it's 99% hardware problem, try check before

did the video mode work?

Flash fresh main , change camdriver :confused: (there's a good w580 camdriver with 30fps , search)
