my problem whit my Z530

Hi guyS I flash my Z530 whit not suitable fs and main flash file what I can I do ,in addition my mobile is turn off and it can be turn on ?

how can I creat back up from my contacts from my mobile as my mobile is out of order because I flash it whit wrong file?

If I understand correct, you flashed the FS to. In this case EVERYTHING IS GONE (contact list, SMS, MMS, pictures, sounds, music, etc.)! If you have the contact list in your SIM card or in your computer, then you can restore it from there.
