Hello all. Need an advice on debranding and unlocking W310i with AT T. I ordered the cable. How can I do the both debrand and unock? I would like to load the newest Sony files vs pathetic AT T ones. Can someone point me in the right direction? For example:

2. here is the link for what to do
3. load these files

Sure. I bought the cable but having problems with the drivers. Any ideas on the drivers and did someone bought the cable from ebay and had problems?
For different cables you need different drivers. What is your cable type(DCU-60, Cruiser, etc.)???
u need semc tool 8.7 to unlock a w300i, first u need the cruiser cable driver download setool2 lite 1.08 extract it open the drivers folder then the 4_in_1 folder then run the .exe inside it, u will now have the right drivers installed
Thank you guys. I bought a generic DCU-60 from EBAY. I wanted to use the XS++ just because I have no ideo on what to use but because someone told me to. So what is the right tool from my phone? I want it debranded and unlocked. So far I have 3 people sugest 3 diferent sofware. I see it as education so please be gentle.
Use XS++ for debranding, it's very easy. Just have a look at the XS++ 2.x guide in the tutorials section.
Unlocking W300 can't be done for free as far as I know. SemcTool 8.7 is not cracked.
Perhaps you can patch unlock it.
