D750i to W800i [newbie] need few advices & tips

I have d750i and i want to convert it to w800i.
I'm total beginner to all this,but i've carefully read all tuts i've been able to found round here.
So i've won't bother you with questions like what i need and where to get it.
My phone is from T-Mobile (germany) but i use it here in serbia without problems so i guess it ain't locked.
CID36 and it's RED.
I've read many tuts that cover this area and simpliest for me seems flashing with GFlash.
What firmware should i use?
I was thinking about R1BC002,i've got only that one for w800i atm.
I had tis combination in mind
W800_R1BC002_FS_EU1
W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA
What finalisation i need for this combination (if it's good combination)?
I got few but i'm not sure (it's better to ask).
I've read somewhere that it's safe to delete all files from finalisation that have .ITM extension (it suposed to remove anoying SE links in menus).
Should i do it,is it smart?
And few questions about patching with GSlide.
Is it only for CID49 or can i do it for my phone also?
I know that GFlash can add patches too,but i was thinking about adding all patches first to firmware and then flash phone.
Can it be done that way,or should i just stick to GFlash and add them one by one?
I'm sorry to bump with such a long post,but i've wanted to ask as much as i can.

use xs++ 2.2 just as easy to use, main firmware in main box FS in FS and it has built in custpacks and a option to remove se links.

Can someone point me to good tutorial for it,or just link to official topic?
When i search here for xs++ i get "The search term you specified (xs) is under the minimum word length (4)
and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer."
It doesn't seem very diferent from older versions,but i just want to be sure.
I see that i have to connect my phone first to be able to acces flashing tab.
I noticed that in GFlash i can chose what i'll do before i even connect the phone.
And is that firmware good solution (combination) for my phone?

I've found other version of FS "W800_R1BC002_FS_EMEA2" but i don't know if it's CID36 or 49 (rapidshare link,and it haven't been noted what cid).
I want to use that emea2 because it has serbian lang.
Can i determine what cid it is for?
With some program or something?

no xs++ can't patch u can use gflash or far+sepf 4 that
90% of w800i firmware is cid:36 so i would say that firmware is ok and for cid:36
u use break-in to customize a cid:36

I flashed k750i to w800i and xs++2.2 didnt work, but xs++1.0 did :D

What happened to phone and how did you fix it?
And did you do everything by the book (didn't do something wrong)?
Can you be more specific.

There wasn't any problems !!!
Only that customization part (in tutorial) confused me a bit.
It said something 'bout ‘breakin’ or ‘brute-force’ and re-connecting few times but haven't get to that point.
I guess it's probably because it was done with older version of xs++ (maybe).
And now i'll deal with patching.
