Seus
This may seem like a somewhat random question, but turns out my roomate randomly has a k750i that I was never aware of, and it happens to have a CID36 R1AA008 firmware on it. Now he was wants to keep it as a CID36 cause CID36 is so easy to break into, so he's scared to use SEUS thinkin that if he uses it it will make it a CID 49 R1DB001. Anyone know what will happen if he does decide to use SEUS? Would it go to the R1DB001 CID 49 or stay at CID 36 and the firmware just get upgraded to the latest CID 36 which i think is R1NA005?

he should use xs++, and get the cid36 firmware
-
It is safe to say, that SEUS will change Your cid to 49. So like Boki92 said - better use xs ;)
-
Use Far manager to flash the firmware. XS++ and SEUS aren't the only options. THerea re so many CID36 flashing programs... :)
-
Oh, Ok cool. Dono if he was going to flash it or not, just curious if using SEUS would update the CID thats all. But cool, question answered, thnx.

SEUS will defo change the firmware

seus changed my k800 from 49 to 52 without telling me a thing =)) so i had to w8 longer for debranding :D

No, you don't!
You just have to flash the phone again, but this time using a GENERIC MAIN FIRMWARE FLASH + FILESYSTEM FLASH + CDA with the latest R1KG001 firmware and with RED52 code.
If you flash the phone with SE Generic MAIN Firmware + Generic FS + Generic CDA, it will become unbranded.
Remember that by doing this you void the warranty!
