W580I custom tone?

I was wondering if the phone can have a custom tone when callers come in. I am not talking about the ring tone, rather... what the caller will here instead of a typical phone's tone.

I would like to put a mp3 or music that the caller will here when they are calling.

I know some of my friend's I have called, had this.
Anyone know how to do this?

I believe rogers is a service provider in Canada.
I have AT&T.

Requires your service provider to do this. It's not a mobile feature.

Nope, not a feature that can be added to your phone for them to hear. This is on the providers end.
