It can be unlocked, but not for free. You can unlock it using a service like DaVinci (davinciteam.com - 50€) or go to a service center.
you can pay for full unlock or patch unlock (you cant flash main,because your phone will be locked again, but this method is cheaper)...
chepes way is using seking server or kulankendi
maybe u can use xs++ v2 for reading the lock code.thats what i did to my z550i

V630 can be unlocked but not for free. I use cruiser plus pro i can unlock db2020
via Logs but not with cid 52
