messed up my pin

can anybody help my young lad messed with my w850i now i cannot get into my phone it says videophone locked :confused:

Will need reset, dont know of any free way of doing it :(

is "0000" a universal pin code? for all SE phones? :D

0000 is the default phone lock code.

what exactly was messed up? Your PIN? if so then call your service provider and ask for your PUK code, if not then give more info

if it is the pin on the sim, you will have to phone your service provider for puk code, if its the handset, try 0000 as i have said above, failing that, what if you try to update the software using the updater on the Sony Ericsson website ?

If you have xs++ 1.6.8 you can reset the lock code

Yes for free, If its a DB2020 handset this will reset it to 0000
