i don't think that they can do it. just davinci can do it, or service-shops that own a emma 3 service box.
think about setool special server but it's expensive mate or try to find correct service site to unlock by imei ...

atm,only setool and ub box can do unlock db2020 cid52 fones,davince may b also added this model too.but setool is quite expensive for unlocking db2020 cid52 only ub box is cheaper den other for unlocking db2020 cid52 fones.Quote:
