the difference is 1 is a older dcu-60 and 1 is newer the older is probley for the k700i and yes u can use that cable to patch in setool2 lite put the patch in the misc files box and press write script

both cables would work with your phone. both are DCU-60 . there is no difference just that the 2nd have all the pins but only 4 are conected (pin 1, 9, 10,11) like the 1st cable
