Flash a "W800" back to the original K750i

Hi all,
I'm facing a big problem (I think)
My K750i had a joystick problem and got it fixed (2weeks ago)
Last week I flashed it to a W800 and it worked. Yohoo:)

Now my joystick is broken again. I wanted to flash him back to the K750i.
And then it started.

To make a long story short (and about a 100 flashes using XS++, FAR, Gflash).
My K750i hangs when loading (please wait screen with progress about 25%)

Thinking back on what went wrong. I can only recall being supprised one time when I flashed a GDFS with FAR and he reported starting adress 0000-0000 while i'm sure i put in 45F0-0000.

Now I'v tried a earlier version of firmware and trying to upgrade thru SEUS.
let's hope on succes.

The joystick has a 2 month guaranty, so i would like to have it fixed beforehand.:o:eek::o

Firmware upgrade is done, but still the same window freeze.

I can shutdown and all, so everything works. except for te installment.

if you have cid36 you can flash your phone easier via gflash

Yes it's a CID36, and yes I've tried gflash (it is easy to use)
But I think the harm was done flashing the GDFS to a wrong address.
I don't realy know if it is possible, and if its harmfull.
The fact still is that de phone freezes (i've tried leaving it on overnight, just in case)
I can turn it on. The SE startup logo apears and the vibration is active. Then the "Please wait" screen comes up and the status advances from 0% to about 25% and then it freezes. The only thing possible is to turn it off. When turning off the SE turnoff logo apears and the phone turns off.
I've tried reflashing with various FS and MAIN files and with XS++, Gflash, you name it i've tried it. So the problem is deeper than just flash it back.

Hope it clears the fog a bit for someone out there. Because i'm lost here!!!?!!

in that case try the gdfs again with correct address. here it should be possible to download complete files that should contain everything you might need.
and have you tried flashing back to w800? try gdfs and flash to last firmware it worked on...

I've tried the whole thing again. First GDFS (with FAR M) then the Main and FS with Gflash. Started up and...... the same again. for the zillionth time.
I'm going to bring him in for the repair of the joystick and 'mention' that there is a problem starting up..... Maybe they can jumpstart him......

in that case i agree. if it didnt work with gdfs than i dont have a clue what has happenned. but i will ask gxg on esato, he was my mentor. if it is possible to repair it at home, then he will probably know how. give me a day...

ok maybe i have the solution for your problem. and i mean MAYBE. im writing from my psp so i cant write a long message. maybe tommorrow but probably saturday ill send you some files with whitch it should be possible to get your phone back on soon. i dont guarantee but i guess it should help. it might be a problem with the TPA. just send me your email address in a pm or on magicnet2@gmail.com.
