can anyone recommend the best programs for bluejacking/snarfing on a k750i/w800i?
I've been testing BT Info and MiyuX but havent had a lot of luck. I've applied the patch to remove java restrictions.
Can anyone share their experiences or link to guides/tutorials?
I've been using BT Info for quite a while now. It can do a lot of very cool and even nasty stuff to other phones. The only downside is the phones need to be paired to to this. Meaning you either have to have access to the other phone, or the person has to be stupid enough to share the pin with you somehow.....

You can fully control the remote phone over BT... and also send messeges to him :P I think better then bluejacking
i use bt info but it requires pairing!

As for it is ilegal activity - I will not advise which phones or operating systems to use but if you search a bit you will find it for youreself ;)
