It's impossible to unlock phones by IMEI.
Only operators can do it but you will be charged for the operation.

But i ve hard there are some codes depending on IMEI that unlock the phone

Don't belive that it works this time around, the Operators are keeping them.

I think only Nokia phones can be unlocked by IMEI, and only the older ones...

Not Nokia, Siemens also can be unlocked by imei, but not Sony Ericsson

Find someone working in your provider to unlock it for free:)
