i think the first picture *the black thing* is an FM transmitter and the second is a bluetooth adapter that plugs into a serial port

The Black one, I agree, could be some kind of sound transmitter, but the second is SCART adapter, what ever it adapts to :)

The cable with red and white plugs are for connection to a Speaker System/Amplifier.

I think the bluetooth scart is for transmitting video via bluetooth to a TV.

Been trying to get a hold of the FM transmitter for a while. But they are very hard to come by here in Holland. I bought a general one that works great. Only downside is that it doesn't look as cool as the original SE one.

"sony ericsson bluetooth music stick mbr-100" its a stick where you can plug a 3,5mm headphone in or use any headphone you like and it's wireless! i know one of my friend is using it with his w810i and it allows a playtime of 8 hours!
