You must to reflash your GDFS or EROM. You need for it service cable. If you haven't it you have to go to SE service.
before going to SE service ; try to update with SEUS
dont think seus is gonna help any if the phone wont turn on, can you tell us what you did to make your phone become like this? maybe this will help us understand the problem, you should also tell us the CID and the fw versions you used and how you did it...it could be you did something wrong or used the wrong file.
did you customized the phone?
Wotan can repair EROM for free.. Try to connect your phone to it. Maybe it will help you.
where can I find it?
