How flash SE j10i2 Elm in Windows 10

Hello and thanks for the great forum.

I am a newbie so forgive me if I am being stupid!

I need to reflash the firmware on my SE j10i2 Elm. Currently R7CA061 100619

But.... I can't install or use SETool2lite in Windows 10.

Can Windows 10 run older software?

I extracted it and tried right clicking and running as administrator.

I tried extracting it and just double clicking on the application.

But nothing worked.

Have any of you got any suggestions on how I can reflash my firmware ?

Hi,your phone is db3350 platform and afaik there is no free software for flashing your phone.Search in Google for online flashing with usb cable or check is it supported in Pc Companion software.
